This is a flexible position with weekly hours determined by scheduled events.

What You Have:

• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible schedule required
• Strong work ethic and a positive team player
• Previous culinary experience
• Butchery experience is an asset
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Since we are located just outside of town, reliable transportation is required

This mid-level culinary position in the kitchen has lots of opportunity for growth. You will be responsible for cooking quality food, thriving in a fast-paced environment, and working closely with the Chefs. You will play a vital role by supporting the service team with the set-up and take-down of service areas, and assisting the culinary team as needed.
