Position: Landscape Maintenance Foreman
Location: Cloverdale, BC
Schedule: Monday to Friday

About Us: Complete Landscape, part of North Western Property Maintenance Inc., is a leading provider of landscape maintenance services. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Landscape Maintenance Foreman to lead a team and ensure the highest standards of service on our townhouse and condo sites. If you are highly organized, love working as part of a team, and have a passion for landscaping, this is the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a crew of 3 staff members, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
  • Oversee landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, pruning, hedge trimming, and garden bed maintenance
  • Coordinate daily schedules and ensure all tools and materials are available and in good working order
  • Communicate effectively with the team and ensure everyone understands their roles and responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment on-site
  • Report progress, challenges, and project updates to management
  • Ensure all work complies with company standards and client expectations
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in landscaping or grounds maintenance
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
