Duties:

• Collaborate with the design team to review project requirements, including measurements, materials, and installation techniques.
• Prepare surfaces for vinyl application
• Precisely cut and trim vinyl graphics using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Install vinyl graphics on various surfaces such as vehicles, walls, windows, floors, and signage, ensuring proper alignment and smooth application.
• Apply techniques such as heat application and squeegee usage to achieve seamless installations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the proper storage and disposal of materials.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the installation process.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and equipment to continually enhance skills and knowledge.

Skill/Requirements:

• A valid Class 5 drivers license and clean driving record
• Self-motivated and the ability to work independently or part of a team with limited supervision
• Must be able to follow complex directions with guidance from management.
• Exceptional time management skills, prioritizing jobs in accordance with deadlines
• Attention to detail is a must
• Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment to meet scheduled deadlines
• Able to determine layout and installation procedures from workorders/drawings
• Able to read tape measure and rulers for installations
• Load and unload truck with supplies, equipment, and put stock away
• Standing for extended periods on shift
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (primarily day shifts but occasionally need to work overtime or on a weekend to meet deadline)
• Able to lift/carry heavy objects
• Comfortable working on ladders, lifts and scaffolding when needed
