Position: JUMP! Enrollment + Marketing Manager

Department: JUMP! Summer Programs

Location: 100 Mile House, British Columbia

Reports To: Program Director, JUMP! Canada

Preferred Start Date: Immediate (as soon as possible)

Contract Term: 5 month contract

Eligibility:Canadian citizenship isstrongly preferred.

Compensation:

  • Monthly Base Salary: THB 55,000
  • End of Project results-based performance incentive available: THB 180,000+
  • Total Earnings Potential (5 months): THB 465,000 / 5 months = THB 93,000 per month

OUR VISION FOR THIS ROLE:

As a Enrollment + Marketing Manager at JUMP! Foundation, you will play a crucial role in driving student enrollment for our summer programs. You will be responsible for converting leads into registrations, managing the enrollment process, and ensuring a seamless experience for our participants.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Enrollment Campaigns and Outreach:

  • Design and execute enrollment campaigns that clearly communicate program details, deadlines, and pricing.
  • Develop targeted outreach strategies to reach families and schools, maximizing participant registration.
  • Build relationships with schools and community organizations, nurturing a pipeline of potential participants.

Marketing Strategies:

  • Craft and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for summer programs, utilizing a variety of channels:
  • Digital campaigns (social media, email newsletters, paid ads)
  • Creation of promotional events and materials to showcase unique program offerings and drive enrollment.
  • Collaborate with the Program Director to ensure messaging aligns with program updates and goals.

Partnership Development:

  • Build and foster strong partnerships with schools and community organizations, supporting participant recruitment efforts.
  • Develop compelling presentation materials and outreach strategies to engage potential partners.
  • Establish referral programs or incentives to encourage schools and organizations to promote JUMP! Canada programs.

Fundraising and Grants:

  • Collaborate with the Program Director and Business Admin on grant applications and donor communication, ensuring clear alignment with program and enrollment goals.
  • Support donor engagement by preparing updates on enrollment progress and site development needs.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing or enrollment management, preferably in the education sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for outdoor education and youth development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with non-profit organizations.
  • Experience developing and managing partnerships.
  • Knowledge of the summer camp industry.
  • Excellent graphic design or video editing skills.

CONDITIONS FOR EMPLOYMENT:

  • Remote Base Camp Living: As a program staff member, you will live and work on-site at our beautiful, remote base camp, located 20 kilometers west of 100 Mile House in the Cariboo region.
  • Child Safeguarding Commitment: At JUMP! Foundation, child safety is paramount. To ensure the well-being of our participants, all applicants must:
    • Sign a declaration of any criminal convictions.
    • Provide three professional references who have known you for at least two years.
    • Undergo a thorough background check from your home country or most recent country of residence.
    • Adhere to our Child Protection Policy and conduct guidelines for working with children.

JUMP! Canada (formerly Educo Adventure School) programs are based from our 160 acre off grid wilderness site near 100 Mile House, BC. JUMP! believes in inspiring, empowering, and engaging youth through collaborative and innovative transformational learning programs. We use experiential adventure activities that challenge youth to step outside their comfort zone, develop their interpersonal skills and provide them with opportunities to exercise personal leadership.
