What Success Looks Like

Project & Deployment Leadership: You oversee and manage all professional services projects, from scoping and proposals to execution and completion, ensuring seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Strategic Planning & Execution: You ensure that all deployments align with our business objectives, balancing efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and top-tier client experiences.

Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: You anticipate potential roadblocks, mitigate risks, and develop creative solutions to keep projects on track.

Meticulous Client Satisfaction: You hold yourself and the team accountable for delivering exceptional client experiences, ensuring that all engagements are executed with precision and care.

Proposal Development & Timeline Management: You create accurate, detailed proposals for clients and internal stakeholders while managing project timelines to keep initiatives moving smoothly.

Team Growth & Leadership: You lead a growing team of project managers and engineers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What Were Looking For

  • Proven experience in project management within an MSP or similar environment.
  • Strong ability to create project proposals, manage timelines, and oversee deployments.
  • Exceptional problem-solving ability and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to balance technical knowledge with strategic decision-making.
  • A curiosity-driven mindset you love learning, experimenting, and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate technology into business value.
  • Experience with cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and network infrastructure is a plus.
