Partner Assault Co-facilitator, Nipissing PAR Program -Evening work required
(Part-time 14 hours per week - 7-month contract with the possibility of extension)

Position Summary:
Reporting to the Program Director, the PAR Co-Facilitator works directly with the PAR Coordinator to deliver PAR best practices and services. The PAR Co-Facilitator will provide group interventions as well as contribute to reports that are sent to referral sources, and complete documentation according to professional standards.
Qualifications:
BA/BSW or equivalent, with related proven expertise in adult learning and teaching strategies.
Knowledge and application of feminist theory and principles.
Ability to engage mandated & voluntary clients in a dynamic group process.
Established professional relationships in the Nipissing violence against women and justice system.
Evidence of conflict resolution, collaboration strategies & ethical decision-making practices.
Computer skills, word processing and relevant databases, such as EMHware
Valid Ontario driver's license & access to a vehicle.
Salary:
As per the Collective Agreement, BA/ BSW - Salary Scale
