Reporting directly to the Operation Coordinator, the successful candidates will be a part of our Production Department and be available from May until September, 2025. Summer Students will work along side fulltime employees. The majority of the duties will be at the Finishing End of our the plant.
You'll Do:
- Packaging of MDF units
- Small forklift operation
- Various tasks such as painting or yard maintenance
- Clean up as required
You Have:
- Safety first attitude
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to work both in a team and independently
- Flexible availability to accommodate shift work
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program
- A valid driver's license
- Computer skills
- Ability to balance competing priorities and work under pressure
- The desire to problem solve, and learn, grow, and excel
- Mechanical aptitude
- Mobile equipment experience
- Previous experience in an industrial process environment
Compensation Package:
- The hourly wage for this position may vary from $33.95/hr to $36.92/hr.
- Benefits package consisting of life insurance, medical and dental coverage.
