Operations Manager – Manufacturing

Our client, an industry leader in advanced manufacturing, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead their Calgary facility. This role offers the opportunity to drive LEAN initiatives, process improvements, and strategic growth while fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  
• Champion LEAN and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and profitability.
  
• Drive strategic planning to support long-term growth and operational excellence.
  
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team across Production, Engineering, Materials, and Planning.
  
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations.
  

RequirementsWhat We're Looking For:

• 10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or a related field.
  
• Proven expertise in LEAN manufacturing, process optimization, and continuous improvement.
  
• Strong strategic and financial acumen with experience managing budgets and KPIs.
  
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  
• Knowledge of industry standards (IPC-A-610, J-STD-001) and quality systems is a plus.
