• Foster Growth by training sales reps and creating a dynamic, high-performing team environment.

Requirements

• Sales Leadership Experience, preferably in inside sales.
• Expertise in Biological/IPM Control within the greenhouse industry.
• Strong Coaching & Communication Skills to drive team success.
• Proficiency in CRM & Sales Tools to track and optimize performance.
