Compensation Range: $43.59 - $51.28/hour
Position Summary:
ErinoakKids is seeking a motivated individual to fill the position of Physiotherapist. Working with families and other professionals including Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Social Workers, the Physiotherapist will assess and provide individual and/or group treatment to clients with physical disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule, manage, coordinate and effectively deliver services to clients identified and referred to Physiotherapy services.
- Assess client needs using standardized assessment tools and develop service plans based on assessment results and team goals.
- Implement treatment plans that meet client needs and adhere to evidence based clinical practice guidelines.
- Participate in clinics as assigned ex. Botox, Rehab, Neuromuscular, Neuromotor, Orthopedics.
- Contribute to the coordinated and effective delivery of services as a member of a multidisciplinary team, through ongoing communication with staff, families, and community agencies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy;
- Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario;
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Physiotherapy within the pediatric population preferred;
- Demonstrated organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills;
- Proven ability to work in a multidisciplinary team setting;
- Bilingualism in French and English is an asset;
- The successful candidate must possess a valid Ontario driver's license and have access to a personal vehicle.
