Position Overview
The Senior Manager, Finance Services and Treasury is responsible for managing the financial activities of an organization. The individual will oversee all aspects of the company's cash flow, including investments, loans, and other sources of funding. In addition, the Senior Manager, Finance Services and Treasury will manage the Treasury, Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of all transactions. s to the company's growth, operational efficiency, and overall financial stability.

Position Overview
The Senior Manager, Finance Services and Treasury is responsible for managing the financial activities of an organization. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with finance to forecast and manage accounts receivable collections and accounts payable disbursements to ensure optimal cash flow.
- Ensure all financial activities comply with bank operating rules, syndicate agreements, and relevant financial regulations, while staying updated on regulatory changes.
- Analyze financial markets for trends in interest rates and inflation, advising on adjustments to treasury policies and capital requirements.
- Prepare and present reports on cash flow and liquidity positions for senior management, suppliers, and regulators as required by law.
- Recommending changes to the organization's treasury policies, such as interest rate risk management or cash flow forecasting
- Oversee the daily operations of the Accounts Payable and Receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable aging, credit policies, and collections efforts to minimize bad debt and improve cash inflows.
- Lead and mentor the AR/AP team, providing direction, training, and support to ensure optimal performance and professional growth.
- Supervise the month-end and year-end closing processes related to AR/AP, including reconciliations and preparation of schedules for financial reporting.
- Leverage treasury tools, support system optimizations, and implement automation solutions to enhance process efficiency in AR/AP.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, monitor aging reports, and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies to safeguard assets.
- Track and Report KPI's and provide actionable insights to management for decision-making.
Ideal Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CFA certification required.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in finance/accounting, preferably in private equity.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and AP/AR processes.
- Strong knowledge of cash flow management and financial reporting.
- Proven ability to analyze large datasets and communicate insights effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and team development experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills, building relationships at all levels.
- Proactive, ambitious problem-solver with a high level of curiosity.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to professional ethics and standards.
