Neo Vision Technology Inc., located in Oldcastle, ON, is a growing manufacturing facility seeking a skilled and dedicated CNC Machinist to join our team. We are looking for an experienced CNC Machinist with a strong background in programming, setup, and operation. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and contribute to a team-oriented workplace.

Must be able to reliably commute or relocate before starting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program and operate CNC Machines to meet precise specifications
• Set up and adjust machine tools, ensuring optimal performance
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents to execute machining operations accurately
• Perform quality control checks to maintain high production standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues as needed
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of CNC Machining experience (Required)
• 5 Axis experience an asset
• Strong understanding of CNC programming and machine setup
• Experience with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Powermill
