About the Role:

Service Advisors are the primary contact with our service guests. They greet customers, listen to their needs, consult customers on their vehicles' needs, and deliver high customer satisfaction. Cochrane Toyota is looking for knowledgeable, detailed individuals who can communicate with staff and customers through various communication tools.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Greeting our guests in a courteous & prompt manner
  • Initiate vehicle service consultation, document customer concerns, recommend necessary maintenance.
  • Generate repair orders based on guest work flow and any additional information provided during check-in.
  • Discuss repairs with technicians and provide estimates as required.
  • Maintain consistent contact with the guest for the duration of their vehicles service by updating on the status of their vehicle.
  • Review the invoice with the customer and ensure their vehicle is ready for service delivery.
  • Arrange alternate transportation for guests while their vehicle is being serviced.
  • Schedule appointments for customers and follow-up on specially ordered parts and open work orders.
  • Answer Phone Calls & Emails to address any customer requests with the highest level of response and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a Customer Satisfaction score that is greater than the zone average.

What you'll Bring:

  • Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Preferred 3-5 years of past experience as a service advisor, assistant service manager or service consultant
  • Very energetic personality
  • A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization
  • Personal and professional integrity
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and relationship-building skills
