Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented Process Engineer. This opportunity exists at our St Thomas location, and occasional travel may be required to our Woodbridge facility.

- Equipment setup,
- Technical document preparation
- Work with our suppliers on various projects
- Other related duties as required
- Demonstrated ability to execute projects in a timely fashion from initial requests to final implementation.
- Able to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Proven strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in Database Management, Word, Excel, Outlook, and a sound working knowledge of CAD Software.
- Understanding of costing and time studies as it relates to Value Stream improvements.
- Experience with Lean manufacturing tools a definite asset.
- Architectural or Fenestration industry knowledge is a definite asset.
- Post-secondary school education in a related Engineering discipline, or Technologist diploma
- Minimum 3 years of Process/CI Engineering experience.
