- Open to student and new grads (up to 24 months post graduation). We are looking for top local talent to share, inspire and grow the passion that fuels Rider Nation and our province! Therefore, applicants must be Saskatchewan based or a returning local resident.
Reporting to the Operations and Events Coordinator, this position will be responsible for providing administrative & program support to key Saskatchewan Roughrider Foundation staff and programs, ensuring operational success. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing a high level of front-line customer service to external and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Where will your talents be focused?
- Deliver front line support through responding to inbound inquiries both in person and over the phone.
- Provide administrative support to various areas of the Foundation as a valuable member of the administrative team.
- Assist in managing ticket distribution for Foundation Partners.
- Assist Program Manager in program planning.
- Help track donations to the Roughrider Foundation and assist with donor management.
- Coordinate Foundation volunteers on Game Day.
- Assist with the Foundation's social media pages.
- Track and implement Foundation Player Ambassador Payments.
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
What is needed to be successful in this role?
- Enrolment in or completion of post-secondary studies in business, administration, sports management, or communications.
- Proven skill in juggling multiple priorities and attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment with shifting priorities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work alone and in a team.
- Confidentiality is a must and is an expectation from all employees.
