Property Accountant

Position Overview:

We are in search of a talented and detail-oriented Property Accountant to join our expanding team. As a Property Accountant, you will play a crucial role in preparing and analyzing monthly financial statements for a portfolio of properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years experience, preferably in property accounting .
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, combined with an approachable manner.
• Strong analytical and accounting skills with excellent attention to detail.
• A self-motivated individual capable of working independently and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent computer skills.
