Job Description

Serving residents is a key aspect of your role, encompassing the essential functions of a food service attendant. You greet residents warmly, take their orders efficiently, and ensure the timely delivery of food and beverages. Friendly and efficient customer service is crucial to creating a positive dining experience and fostering resident satisfaction.

• In performing the functions of a food service attendant, you must remain attentive to resident needs, expertly answer questions about the menu, and ensure that any special requests are accommodated
• Maintaining cleanliness is vital in a food service environment to maintain a safe and hygienic space. You are responsible for cleaning and sanitizing workstations, utensils, and equipment
• You also ensure that service areas are clean and presentable. Adhering to proper food safety protocols and regulations is essential in this role

Wage: starting at $18.00/hour

Schedule: Rotating schedule including weekdays and weekends

Location: Toronto

We are looking for a Food Service Attendant to join our dynamic team. This position is FULL TIME .

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication is essential for interacting with residents, taking accurate orders, and collaborating with team members
• Strong teamwork and a positive attitude
• Previous experience in food service or a similar role is essential
• Passion for maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Ability to successfully complete Food Handlers Certification
