We are seeking a skilled Go Developer with experience in video streaming and/or integrations to join our team and help ensure our success in the market.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Go Developer with a passion for working with video. The ideal candidate will have experience with idiomatic Go, a strong understanding of video streaming protocols, and familiarization with CCTV and integrating with third-party software. This role requires a balance of technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Code Maintenance & Enhancement: In addition to new projects, you will be tasked with the maintenance and enhancement of existing integration modules.
• Mature System Modernization: Identify opportunities for refactoring and modernizing to improve performance, security, and maintainability.
• Feature Development: Design, develop, and implement new features and functionalities in line with business requirements.
• Bug Fixing & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues for our customers in cooperation with our Operations team.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for code changes, system architecture, and development processes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Code Reviews: Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to established standards.
• Best Practices: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, integrating them into our development processes.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in Go development.
  • Proven experience working with and modernizing mature codebases.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Go.
  • Experience with SQL and database design.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Above average work ethic and professional maturity.
