Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate projects related to the repair and maintenance of reciprocating equipment from initiation to completion. Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Leverage your expertise in the repair and maintenance of reciprocating equipment to provide technical guidance and support to project teams, overseeing assembly/part design and fabrication.
- Operate specialized 3D scanning equipment.
- Effectively manage resources, to optimize project efficiency. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as needed.
- Responsible for for sourcing and ordering of both tools and materials required.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and technical specifications. Provide regular updates on project status and milestones.
- Follow a quality assurance processes to guarantee the highest standards in the repair and maintenance of reciprocating equipment. Conduct inspections and audits as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Certified Engineering Technologist, or Mechanical Engineering Technology Diploma, or equivalent education, or Journeyman Industrial Mechanic certification.
- Proven experience in coordinating technical projects, with a focus on the repair and maintenance of reciprocating equipment.
- Strong technical knowledge of reciprocating equipment and associated systems.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards.
