As a Customer Service Specialist, you will carry out duties such as educating and answering inquiries about our products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support via phone, processing sales orders, verifying customer information, data entry and other related administrative duties.

Weed Man is looking for highly motivated and passionate individuals who meet the following:

• High School Diploma and/or Certificate/Degree in Business, Administration or related field.
• 2 or more years of Customer Service experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work in a fast paced, results-oriented environment
