Position Summary:
We are looking for compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll collaborate with RBAs, BCBAs, and SLPs to deliver personalized, high-quality care to our clients. The ideal candidate will have expertise in assessing functional, sensory, and developmental needs and creating targeted treatment plans to support client growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough evaluations to assess functional, sensory, and developmental needs.
- Design and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique goals.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including RBAs, BCBAs, and SLPs, to provide integrated and comprehensive care.
- Offer continuous support and education to families and caregivers to facilitate skill application across different settings.
- Monitor client progress, update treatment strategies as needed, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Adhere to professional and ethical standards in all therapeutic interactions and practices..
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience working as a Occupational Therapist
- Licensed and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
- Experience working with Pediatric populations, including children with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, and sensory processing challenges (preferred).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary environment.
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, client-centered care.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
