Since 2010, our organization has provided true quality, service, and safety to all, in many fields including utilities, infrastructure, civil works, environmental and landscape construction. We are WSIBs 2019 Gold-level winner of the Small Business Health and Safety Leadership Award, a multiple-time winner of IHSA's Recognition of Performance Achievement Milestone award, and a holder of the Certificate of Recognition (COR) for corporate health and safety.
Our values are our foundation:
Our team is paramount to our success, and it includes everyone. Our value of team manifests in courtesy towards all.
This team is ambitious. We embrace challenges and we keep improving. We are true problem-solvers, seeking win-wins.
We are grateful for the opportunity to serve in this team and complete meaningful projects. That gratitude must be repaid with a steady application of honesty and reliability.
Wellness for all remains front and center through culture and standards that go beyond the elements of our award-winning health & safety management system.
If you love working outdoors, running equipment, and want to do highly varied and interesting work in a growing company, then this is a terrific opportunity.
Site Supervisor
As a site supervisor, you are the expert and leader of the crew, the resources, the production, and ultimately, the success of the project. There will be many different tasks from day to day, so we need someone who's competent, flexible, reliable, positive and willing to learn new skills.
Working With Us
Our projects are scattered throughout Ontario. Most projects are in the Golden Horseshoe, and more so in and around the GTA. However, a willingness to travel (with a travel allowance of course!) is a big asset.
We're a service-oriented company that takes pride in building lasting, collaborative connections with all stakeholders. Getting it done isn't good enough; we want to work together to find quality approaches and solutions to all the challenges of this industry.
We take health and safety very seriously and we expect all our employees to prioritize a safe work environment. We provide additional training to make sure everyone stays safe. We work hard to maintain our COR designation.
We focus on people and process and we seek out challenging, multi-disciplinary projects. This is where we find success. Success means a win for all people involved in the project and winning is what we do. We're not afraid to celebrate our success: we have a great team, and we like to reward them with parties, bonuses, and fun events (like golf tournaments!) for all their hard work.
The Details
This is a full-time position, with a starting hourly rate of $37-$43/hour, based on ability and experience. That's not all, Supervisors receive an annual bonus based on their projects' profits and individual performance, complete and flexible benefits after 6 months, a group RSP after 1 year of service, a company truck or allowance, and a company cell phone or allowance.
