We Are Hiring for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant at food distribution company in Windsor.
- Pay: $20/hr
- Part-time, minimum 20 hours per week
- Schedule is Flexible, Monday to Friday
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist with scheduling, emails, and customer inquiries.
- Maintain office organization and inventory of supplies.
- Support HR and operations with paperwork and record-keeping.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and assist with payroll processing.
- Previous experience in administration or office support.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Google Drive is a requirement.
- Experience using Sage or a similar accounting software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
