We Are Hiring for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant at food distribution company in Windsor.
  • Pay: $20/hr
  • Part-time, minimum 20 hours per week
  • Schedule is Flexible, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Assist with scheduling, emails, and customer inquiries.
  • Maintain office organization and inventory of supplies.
  • Support HR and operations with paperwork and record-keeping.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and assist with payroll processing.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in administration or office support.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Drive is a requirement.
  • Experience using Sage or a similar accounting software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
