We are actively seeking 3 Production Associates to join our dynamic team!

The successful candidates will display all of our core values in their daily efforts at the workplace. They will be responsible for assisting in the production of hydraulic components, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting the overall efficiency of the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and follow STD work procedures throughout all processes.
  • Demonstrate safe working habits and follow all safety requirements.
  • Plan, evaluate, set up, and run required equipment saws, crimpers, pushers, flushers, and verify compliance.
  • Identify and evaluate new products and set up machines per specifications.
  • Operate machine controls including recognizing warning devices on machines throughout the process.
  • Examine materials visually or physically to ensure conformance with established standards.
  • Resolve all possible issues at the production level and notify management if problems are not resolvable.
  • Communicate and cooperate with management and coworkers.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
  • Process orders and ensure the most efficient, timely, and cost-effective shipping.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in hose/tube assembly and manufacturing.
  • Ability to observe and read instruments, gauges, dials, etc., to determine operating conditions.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (50 lbs).
  • Basic math and measurement skills.
  • Basic computer skills; experience with RF Scanner preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, punctual and reliable.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Fluid Power/Industrial hose experience preferred.
