We are hiring for a full time Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Consultant in Maidstone.

• Salary is negotiable based on experience
• Full time with occasional travel

Responsibilities

• Conduct greenhouse inspections to monitor and identify pests, diseases, and beneficial insects using diagnostic tools.
• Develop and recommend tailored integrated pest management (IPM) strategies, including biological controls and non-chemical solutions.
• Provide training and support to growers on implementing IPM techniques effectively.
• Maintain records and collaborate with the R&D team on innovative pest management solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Entomology, Plant Science, Agronomy, or a related field with 4+ years of pest management experience.
• Proficiency with microscopes, diagnostic tools, and IPM principles.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites.
