We Are Hiring for a Full-Time Operations Manager at a Packaging Facility in Windsor.

• Salary: Negotiable based on experience
• Full time + occasional overtime
• Monday to Friday schedule

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure production targets are met.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and maintain quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, fostering teamwork and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within a manufacturing or packaging environment.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities with a proven track record of driving operational success.
• Knowledge of inventory management, production planning, and process improvement techniques.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance requirements in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP or inventory management software is an asset.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
