Salary range: $95,680 - $144,560
Shift structure: Monday to Friday, 7.25 hours per day
Primary location: CASA Downtown, Hybrid
Secondary location(s): CASA Fort Road, CASA Centre, CASA West

About the Role
Reporting to the Director of the Program Management Office (PMO), the Manager, PMO will:
  • Provide day-to-day management and support for the PMO team, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and organizational priorities.
  • Foster a culture of empowerment, accountability and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance evaluations and professional development planning for direct reports.
  • Identify and address individual and team training needs to maintain a high-performing department.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive team culture, ensuring all members feel valued, supported and motivated.
  • Act as a coach, guiding team members through challenges and opportunities for growth.
  • Champion recognition programs to celebrate individual and team achievements.
  • Oversee PMO operational frameworks, processes, tools and templates to ensure consistency and efficiency across all projects with a continuous improvement approach.
  • Lead team collaboration on establishing, monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and departmental metrics.
  • Support the PMO Director on strategic initiatives, contributing insights and recommendations to enhance departmental and organizational performance.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and sounding board for the Director, providing input on decision-making and strategic direction.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, project management or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of five years of experience in project and/or change management, with at least two years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of managing, leading and developing high-performing teams.
