Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled, reliable and honest handyman to perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of skills and experience in home and office repairs, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting

. Repair and replace fixtures, doors, windows, and other components.

Inspect and diagnose issues to determine proper solutions.

Assemble and install furniture and equipment.

Ensure all work is completed in a safe and professional manner

. Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations

. Keep track of tools and materials, ensuring they are in good condition and properly stored.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a handyman or similar role

. Proficiency in various repair and maintenance techniques

. Valid drivers license.

• Fork Lift and Bobcat Operator Ability to lift and carry heavy items and perform physical tasks.
