What You'll Be Expected to Do

As Territory Manager, you will drive revenue growth in your assigned territory (GTA North) and:

  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals, including dentists, specialists, and office staff.
  • Present and promote our innovative product portfolio through presentations, demonstrations, and educational events.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage your territory effectively, optimizing your time and resources to maximize impact.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and technical support.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions within the CRM system.
  • Consistently exceed performance expectations and contribute to the overall success of the Canadian team.

Requirements

Requirements for Success

Education & Training

  • A Bachelor's degree in a science-related field (e.g., Biology, Kinesiology, Biomedical Science) or a related business discipline is preferred.
  • Formal B2B sales training or certification is an asset.

Work Experience & Accomplishments

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in the dental or business services industries.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
  • Experience managing a territory and developing strategic sales plans.

Skills & Competencies

  • A strong desire to win and consistently outperform expectations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Confident and articulate presenter with the ability to effectively communicate complex scientific information.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently.
  • The capability to overcome challenges, handle objections, and maintain a positive attitude in a demanding environment.
  • A strong understanding of scientific concepts and a passion for learning about new technologies.

  • A valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle.
  • A willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory (Markham, North York, Richmond Hill and the Barrie region).
  • A mindset and approach similar to that of a varsity or professional athlete: driven, competitive, coachable, focused on continuous improvement, and a strong team player.
