What you will be doing:
- Provide administrative support to management on a variety of tasks.
- Review, summarize, and complete miscellaneous reports and documents.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare detailed reports and documents.
- Manage calendars across multiple time zones and meeting locations.
- Prepare materials for meetings and presentations.
- Relieve management of administrative duties.
- Check pricing going to clients and billing system for accuracy and consistency with policy.
- Review and enhance standard operating procedures as needed.
- Monitor a variety of platforms to assist sales team in discovery of potential tender documents.
- Manage filing systems and other organizational tasks.
- Responsible for creation of a variety of reports when requested, such as quarterly reports, TAT reports, etc.
- Updating existing client master file with new bid information when requested.
What you bring to the table:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience/education.
- Proven customer service experience with a team-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and Power BI preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a confident and professional phone manner.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
