Availability:Open - Monday to Saturday

As the Sales Team Leader at Lindsay Kia, your day to day will be overseeing the sales department through personnel development, F&I management, lead generation, managing showroom traffic, customer care and developing internal processes.

Youll love your position as the Sales Team Leader:

  • Sales Management: train, coach, mentor and motivate the team to meet and exceed targets consistently!
  • Sales floor extraordinaire: oversee showroom traffic, internet leads and phone inquiries.
  • F&I Management: present and sell financial products, complete all paperwork, maintain strong relationships with lenders, achieve F&I product penetration and maintain gross profit objectives.
  • Operational Oversight: optimize new and used vehicle inventory management, ensure the lot is presented up to Company standards.
  • Customer-Centric Focus: build strong, sustainable relationships to drive satisfaction and retention while also addressing any needs in order to maintain a high CSI.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Wed love to hear from you, if:

  • Previous experience in automotive sales management.
  • OMVIC certification.
  • Technically savvy and prior DMS (PBS) experience is an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve sales targets.
  • Valid G driver's license and a clean abstract.
