About the Opportunity
- Our Project Managers oversee commercial office interior projects from planning to closeout, coordinating all aspects of the project from design through construction to completion.
- Our Project Managers are the key point of contact for client interactions and are responsible for delivering projects on time and on budget with an amazing stakeholder experience.
- Our Project Managers lead the integration of both design and construction management, ensuring seamless coordination between these disciplines.
- You will be working closely with our Architecture, Design, and Construction teams to help clients design and build awesome workplaces.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with a high level of client satisfaction.
- Manage all aspects of project execution, including budget, timeline, procurement, quality, and risk, from planning through to closeout.
- Act as the main point of contact between the client, team members, and external consultants, coordinating across all parties.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication across all parties, and ensure all project decisions and milestones are documented.
- Work through change requests, evaluating impacts on scope, budget, schedule, and quality, while securing the required approvals.
- Build and nurture client relationships to provide better client service and source new project opportunities.
- Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and execute plans to minimize or eliminate these risks.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of your team.
Our ideal candidate brings...
- 12+ years of experience in commercial interiors project management, with a strong background in construction management.
- A degree in engineering, design, construction management, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Expertise in managing project budgets, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Proven success in client-facing roles, with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to guide and influence stakeholders.
- Leadership qualities that inspire trust and confidence among clients, landlords, and team members.
- A talent for building strong professional relationships that can lead to future business opportunities.
- Proficiency in project and construction management software such as Procore.
