Position Overview:
As a Machine Operator, you will play a key role in manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and optimizing production machines to ensure the production of high-quality plastic components. This position requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering precision products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and configure machines for production, ensuring efficiency and product quality.
- Monitor machine performance, making real-time adjustments to optimize cycle times and material flow.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot molding issues such as flash, warpage, or dimensional variations.
- Perform changes, clean and maintain molds, and execute routine maintenance to avoid downtime.
- Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet detailed specifications.
- Accurately document production parameters, maintenance records, and quality control data.
- Work closely with production teams to meet daily production targets.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in mold technology or related fields is preferred.
- Ability to diagnose defects and troubleshoot machine performance issues.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:
- 12 hour continental shift (2 week turn around in day/ night shift)
