The Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst with over 2 years of experience to support our software development projects. Reporting to the Software Project Manager, the Technical Business Analyst will act as the key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into technical solutions and delivered on time.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Software Project Manager to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives.
Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure project deliverables meet requirements.
Prepare documentation, including workflows, user stories, and use cases, for project deliverables.
Provide updates to the Software Project Manager on project progress, risks, and challenges.
Offer technical support and training to business users for implemented solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst.
Strong understanding of business processes and technical systems.
Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, and other project collaboration platforms.
Familiarity with software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
Basic knowledge of databases, APIs, and programming concepts is a plus.
Benefits:
Competitive Salary: $60,000.00- $65,000.00
