We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Supervisor to join our team. This role is pivotal in overseeing multiple departments and ensuring seamless collaboration between on-site and remote teams, with a focus on improving operational efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Supervise and support Project Managers, Installers, Service Technicians, and the Service Coordinator.
  • Coordinate team efforts to ensure efficient project planning, resource allocation, and timely execution.
  • Provide guidance on operational priorities while fostering a collaborative work environment.

Operational Oversight

  • Manage processes related to upselling services, scheduling measurements, and general operational planning.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to establish and monitor departmental goals, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Work closely with the On-Site Supervisor (OSS) to address any on-site issues requiring high-level intervention.

Customer & Project Coordination

  • Oversee the scheduling and management of installations, ensuring smooth communication between customers, office staff, and field teams.
  • Implement improvements to enhance the customer experience and resolve issues proactively.
  • Ensure that all post-installation processes (excluding on-site troubleshooting) are efficiently handled by the team.

Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in workflows, focusing on long-term operational improvements.
  • Develop and refine procedures to enhance efficiency across departments and reduce inefficiencies.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and thorough records of all projects, team activities, and customer interactions.
  • Provide regular reports to the Operations Manager, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in a supervisory or management role, preferably within the construction, home improvement, or windows and doors industry.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
