LOCATION: Centennial Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, Montague, PEI
HOURS: Full time, Permanent. 40 hours per week. Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
WAGES: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour + benefits (negotiable based on experience)

APPLICABLE SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong listening and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Capable of lifting and carrying heavy parts (up to 50 lbs).
- Proficient with computers and comfortable working with numbers.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Professional in personal presentation and demeanor.
- Personable, honest, and dedicated to hard work.
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
MAIN JOB TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer Interaction:
- Greet and assist customers in person or via phone, providing accurate information on parts availability, pricing, and alternatives.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing inquiries, following up to confirm satisfaction, and building lasting relationships.
- Stay informed about new parts and products to better serve customer needs.
- Parts Supervising:
- Provide technicians with required parts quickly and accurately.
- Inspect incoming parts for quality and accuracy, and handle returns as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all parts orders and manage inventory to meet retail and service department needs.
- Oversee the inventory process, including ordering, receiving, invoicing, and regular stock counts.
- Workflow Coordination:
- Coordinate the flow of paperwork within the parts department to ensure timely and efficient processes.
- Follow all company and manufacturer policies and procedures, ensuring efficient paperwork flow, compliance with safety regulations, and accurate documentation for orders, invoices, and returns.
- Organization and Cleanliness:
- Maintain a clean, organized parts area to support efficient operations.
- Collaborate with other departments as needed.
