Job DescriptionAbout the Team: Reporting to the Personal Shopping Associate Manager, the Associate Online Personal Stylist is responsible for supporting the Personal Shopping team to provide a high-touch personal styling and shopping experience. The ideal candidate will answer high value customers' requests in real time, develop a supporting relationship with the Online Personal Stylist's client base, and source product information for both the Personal Shopping and Customer Care teams.

- Assist Personal Stylists with client returns and rush orders, organize and follow up with items on hold and special orders, assist stylists with moving reserved inventory.
- Assist Online Personal Stylists with in-person fitting sessions, consignment orders and product pulls, and conduct internal follow ups after order is completed.
- Support Online Personal Stylists by compiling personalized recommendations based on customer profiles and seasonality.
- Preparing product decks and style edits for exclusive capsules that Online Personal Stylists can use as support for pre-selling.
How To Excel In This Role:
- A minimum of two years' experience in a customer service or sales associate role.
- Styling experience will be considered as an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
- Fluency in Korean will be considered as a strong asset.
