Assistant Parts Manager Long Range Outdoors

About the Role:

As Assistant Parts Manager, youll be a key player in driving the success of our parts department. Reporting to the Parts Manager, your responsibilities will include supporting staff, resolving customer concerns, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Youll collaborate with other departments, ensuring seamless operations and a superior customer experience.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Collaborate with the Parts Manager to optimize department processes and operations.
• Support and mentor staff to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist with conflict resolution to address customer concerns effectively.
• Coordinate with the Service Manager to ensure timely availability of parts for internal jobs.
• Promote safety and foster a problem-solving culture within the parts team.
• Manage timely ordering of parts and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for departmental improvements.
• Prepare and analyze reports on inventory, sales, and returns as requested.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned to support the team and department goals.
