AgencyAnalytics enables digital marketing agencies by streamlining client reporting and scaling their efforts through data & automation. Reporting to our Director of Product Management, you will initially take ownership of the roadmap for our Reporting features during a parental leave coverage period, ensuring continuity and impactful delivery. Once this interim phase concludes, you will transition to leading strategic initiatives across other areas of our product portfolio. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features and enhancements while ensuring a seamless user experience for our customers.
We're looking for a mid-level Product Manager with a proven track record of navigating change and driving results in growing B2B SaaS companies. You excel at building trust with stakeholders, adapting to new challenges, and delivering impactful solutions that serve customer needs.

What You'll Do
- Own the Reporting Roadmap & Other Strategic Initiatives: Your initial focus will be executing on the Reporting team's roadmap, delivering key outcomes to maintain and enhance this critical feature set. After this period, you'll apply your expertise to shape and drive new strategic initiatives in other product areas.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (engineering, design, customer success, etc.) and executive leadership to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables
- Drive Product Strategy: Partner with leadership to identify and define new opportunities related to reporting and guide the product lifecycle from concept to launch
- Conduct Research: Leverage customer feedback, data analysis, and market trends to inform product decisions and prioritize initiatives
- Deliver Results: Define clear success criteria for product success, track performance, and iterate based on results
What You'll Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in product management, primarily in B2B SaaS companies where you've successfully navigated change and worked in new product areas
- Proven track record of delivering impactful features in a fast-paced, iterative environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data (qualitative & quantitative) to inform product decisions and design intuitive solutions.
- Bias for action: you proactively take charge to execute on what is needed in your product area
- You are adaptable and excited by the opportunity to excel in one focused area before contributing to broader strategic initiatives
- Experience in MarTech and working on data-related products is a plus
CompensationOur base salary for this role ranges from $90,100 - $135,200 CAD. Compensation is determined by factors such as market salary data within Canada, technical skills, previous work history, and internal pay equity. Many positions also include additional variable compensation, which our Talent Acquisition team will discuss with you during the interview process.
