What You'll Do at OnePlanAs the Senior HR Business Partner at OnePlan, you'll play a critical role in supporting our global teams across the U.S., Canada, UK, and India. You'll collaborate closely with leaders to drive people strategies that align with business goals, while fostering a high-trust, employee-focused culture. A key aspect of this role is partnering with leaders to manage day-to-day employee relations, providing guidance on employee concerns, conflict resolution, and overall team dynamics. You'll also work on developing programs that drive employee retention, learning and development, and performance management to create a seamless and efficient HR operation. In this role, you'll oversee key areas of HR to support our employees and leaders effectively, including: Employee Engagement & CultureFoster a positive, inclusive workplace culture through initiatives that boost employee morale and ensure team members feel valued and supported. Administer engagement surveys, analyze results, and develop action plans to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Performance & DevelopmentOversee and improve the performance review process, ensuring clear expectations, actionable feedback, and continuous development opportunities. Deliver onboarding, training, and leadership development programs tailored to organizational priorities and employee needs.
HR OperationsManage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, promotions, raises, offboarding, and leave management. Maintain accurate employee records, process employment changes, and oversee HRIS updates. Ensure HR policies and the Employee Handbook remain compliant with local, state, and federal laws.
Compensation & BenefitsSupport the maintenance of a competitive compensation framework that motivates performance and aligns with company goals. Administer benefits programs (health, dental, 401K/RRSP) and oversee compliance with U.S. and Canadian regulations. Workforce Planning & AnalyticsContribute to workforce planning efforts by aligning staffing needs with company growth. Leverage people analytics and HR metrics to measure the success of HR initiatives and inform decision-making. Track key metrics such as turnover, time-to-fill, and engagement. Compliance & Employee RelationsEnsure adherence to employment laws and HR best practices across all regions of operation. Address employee concerns with professionalism and foster positive relationships across teams.

Our Ideal Fit
- 5–10 years of HR experience in fast-paced environments, ideally within tech, SaaS, or similar industries.
- Global HR expertise, with demonstrated experience supporting teams across the U.S., Canada, and other regions.
- Proven success in HR program development, including designing and launching impactful initiatives in employee engagement, learning and development, and team growth.
- Workforce planning experience, including aligning staffing needs with business objectives, forecasting, and preparing for organizational growth.
- People analytics proficiency, with a proven ability to leverage data-driven insights to inform decisions, measure program success, and improve HR strategies.
- Strong project management skills, particularly in implementing HR programs and initiatives from planning through execution.
- Comprehensive experience managing HR functions such as performance reviews, compensation frameworks, benefits administration, and employee relations.
- Familiarity with supporting remote and hybrid teams, ensuring engagement and seamless HR support across multiple regions.
- Solid understanding of HR compliance requirements and best practices in the U.S., Canada, and other regions.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for fostering a positive, inclusive, and collaborative company culture.
- HRIS expertise, with hands-on experience in platforms like BambooHR or similar systems.
