Their Enforcement Division is at the forefront of investigating and prosecuting misconduct, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards to maintain public trust and market integrity.We are seeking an experienced Manager, Evidence and Analytics in Calgary, AB to provide operational direction and leadership to two critical teams: Evidence Management and Analytics. This role ensures efficient control, analysis, and disclosure of evidence during investigations and proceedings while also developing a robust analytics function to enhance decision-making and investigative capabilities. Reporting to the Director of Enforcement, this position is pivotal in achieving strategic objectives through technology-driven innovation and operational excellence.

What You'll Do:
  • Leadership & Team Development: Mentor and lead the Evidence Management and Analytics teams to achieve organizational goals. Cultivate a collaborative culture that fosters intellectual curiosity and professional growth.
  • Evidence Management: Oversee the complete evidentiary and e-discovery lifecycle, ensuring legally compliant and efficient processes for the collection, review, and production of evidence.
  • Operational Excellence: Improve and maintain evidence control procedures, ensuring data security, confidentiality, and compliance with legal standards.
  • Strategic Analytics: Develop and implement a data analytics strategy to support enhanced investigative capabilities, working closely with IT to integrate innovative technology solutions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor, providing accessible and expert guidance to the Enforcement Division on evidence and analytics-related matters. Represent the organization on external committees and deliver presentations.
  • Risk Management: Monitor and mitigate risks associated with e-discovery and data handling. Ensure secure and compliant data management practices.
  • Project Management: Lead change initiatives, manage complex projects, and advocate for process improvements that leverage cutting-edge technology.
What You'll Bring:
  • At least 8 years of experience in e-discovery, litigation support, or related fields.
  • A minimum of 5 years in leadership, managing teams, projects, and organizational change.
  • Post-secondary education in Law, Criminal Justice, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in e-discovery tools, data management software, and data privacy regulations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with experience presenting complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • A proven ability to influence, lead changes, and drive innovation.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development in data analytics and technology.
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
