About the role:

Our Customer Advisors do just that they recommend the service, maintenance, and accessories our customers need to make the most of their RV camping experience. Do you have a passion for the outdoors, camping, or RVing? Are you persuasive, driven, and looking for a challenge? If you have stellar customer service skills and are looking to gain experience in a new industry, this might be the career for you. You bring a positive attitude and exceptional hospitality and well provide you with the support, tools, and training youll need to help get people camping!

This is a part-time position. You'll work Monday to Saturday between the hours of 9:00 am - 8:00 pm (up to 24 hours per week).

As a Customer Advisor, youll be responsible for:

  • building rapport with customers when they drop off their RV and we conduct an inspection;
  • evaluating their concerns and needs and providing product recommendations
  • performing walkthroughs with our customers when they pick up their RV to ensure they're happy with the work we've completed;

The selected candidate must be available on weekdays evenings, and Saturdays but not Sundays!

Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • Goal-oriented and achievement-driven
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • Above-average communication skills
  • Comfortable using new software
