Dream is looking for an Intern, Enterprise Applications Support Analyst

We are always looking for the best and brightest to join our thriving community and the Dream team is looking to hire an Intern, Enterprise Applications Support Analyst Intern for an 8-month Co-op, starting in May 2025.

What will you do?

Below are some of the primary responsibilities you will be taking on in this role:

  • Manage or monitor service desk incidents of ERP Business Analyst queue
  • Handle first level support for all enterprise applications.
  • Participate in end-to-end operational support and project delivery related activities.
  • Exposure to JD Edwards and many other cloud-based applications.
  • Develop skills for business requirement gathering, analysis, solution design, testing, training and solutions delivery.

What type of experience and skills do you have?

In addition to being able to showcase your collaborative mindset and positive attitude, you need to be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, with a focus on Business or Accounting.

  • Being diligent and detail oriented when preparing deliverables
  • Being driven to continuously learn from experiences and seek out feedback and development opportunitiesWorking hard and smart to meet demands and deadlines at key times of pressure
  • You have experience with a previous customer service or support role.
  • You have excellent troubleshooting abilities as well as the ability to learn new concepts, products, and technologies quickly.
  • You have exceptional technical aptitude that allows you to understand and interact with new systems quickly.
  • Being a strong team player and supporting the achievement of collective goals
  • Utilizing strong problem-solving skills to develop solutions to key issues
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (e-mail and verbal)
