Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the lighting controls industry.
• Present and demonstrate Lutron lighting control solutions to clients.
• Provide technical product training to distributors and contractors
• Achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Provide technical support and product information to clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in lighting controls.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the electrical distribution or lighting controls industry.
• Strong knowledge of Lutron lighting control products and solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
