Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic B2B Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and contribute to the growth of our company. The B2B Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving sales growth through acquiring new customers, retaining existing clients, and exploring growth opportunities with current accounts. As a Sales Executive, you will have a strong passion for understanding the business factors that influence performance, the variety of advertising products we offer, and collaborating with both internal and external partners to provide strategic recommendations. You will excel in uncertain situations, demonstrating the ability to take initiative and identify solutions independently or with minimal guidance.

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Strategically plan for business growth by achieving B2B sales targets.
  • Identify business opportunities by recognizing prospects and assessing their position within the industry; conduct research and analyze sales options.
  • Sell products by establishing connections and developing relationships with prospects; propose suitable solutions.
  • Maintain client relationships by providing support, information, and advice; research and recommend new opportunities; suggest profit and service enhancements.
  • Effectively demonstrate the features and advantages of company products to customers.
  • Provide forecasts, reports, market intelligence, and relevant information.
  • Represent the company at local and national exhibitions and meetings.
  • Plan and implement channel marketing programs.
  • Prepare reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing data.
  • Ensure quality service by establishing and upholding organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with engineers to deliver exceptional customer support and satisfaction.
  • Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results as needed.

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
  • Over 5 years of experience in the IT B2B sector is preferred.
  • A technical background in Networking is advantageous.
  • Proven abilities in strategic planning, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication.
  • Experience in B2B and knowledge of the Canadian market is beneficial.
  • Capable of proactively cold calling new accounts to generate additional business.
  • Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
  • Familiarity with consumer behaviors and industry trends.
  • Ability to establish rapport and work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
