We are looking for Data Analyst (Temp.) for our Scarborough location.

Team Overview:

• The Procurement Excellence team is at the forefront of transforming procurement processes to drive efficiency, innovation, and value for Atlantic Packaging Products Limited. Led by the Procurement Excellence Manager, reporting to the Procurement Director, this team leverages data, technology, and best practices to achieve excellence in procurement operations.

Role Overview:

• The Data Analyst role is a temporary position supporting the Procurement Excellence Team by conducting data analysis and building reports. This role is ideal for candidates early in their career, eager to apply their skills in data visualization, reporting, and analytics to drive meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Perform in-depth analysis of procurement data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

• Data Visualization: Develop interactive, insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI to guide procurement strategy and decision-making.

• Automation & Process Improvement: Utilize Power Apps and other automation tools to streamline procurement processes, improving overall efficiency.

• KPI Tracking & Monitoring: Define, track, and analyze procurement KPIs to monitor performance and improve procurement strategy.

• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into business strategies and present findings in a clear, impactful manner.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.

• Proven expertise in data visualization (Power BI) and automation tools like Power Apps.

• Strong proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with an emphasis on detail, accuracy, and clarity in data interpretation.

• Prior experience in procurement or supply chain management is an asset.
