Sales BDC Representative - Budds' Group of Companies

Our busy automotive dealerships are seeking a motivated Jr. Sales BDC Representative to join our team. The Jr. Sales BDC Representative will be responsible for generating and managing leads, following up with potential customers, and setting appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other digital channels
  • Manage leads in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Follow up with potential customers to set appointments and answer questions
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
  • Collaborate with our sales team to ensure that appointments are kept and customers are satisfied

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Previous sales or customer service experience prefered; automotive industry experience a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
