Knowledge of IT Service Management tools like JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow along with support tools like MQ Explorer, Control-M, Sharepoint
Desirable Skills: 1. Good Communication Skill.2. Good Proficiency in ITIL Framework ( Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management etc )
