Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solutions Architect to lead the enhancement and deployment of advanced mobility ordering capabilities within the OrderMAX platform. This role involves the integration of critical functionalities, ensuring robust performance, and delivering a seamless user experience. The Solutions Architect will play a pivotal role in driving the project's success from development through deployment and post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Leadership:
• Drive the extension of mobility ordering capabilities in OrderMAX, including the implementation of Hardware Upgrade (HUG), Change Rate Plan, and Change Feature transactions.
• Spearhead the migration of Next Best Action (NBA) for existing mobility customers into OrderMAX as the foundational step toward a unified household offer platform.
2. Solution Design and Development:
• Design and implement new functionalities enabling OrderMAX to present NBA offers to mobility customers on the punch-out landing page and inflow/zone levels.
• Optimize the offer structure and build process to accommodate NBA offers within OrderMAX.
• Develop OrderMAX NBA reporting structures and integrate them with existing reporting frameworks.
3. Defect Management and Quality Assurance:
• Oversee defect triaging, fixing, and resolution to ensure system stability and performance.
• Collaborate with testing teams to ensure comprehensive testing coverage and adherence to quality standards.
4. Deployment and Support:
• Lead the production deployment of the solution, ensuring timely delivery and minimal disruption to operations.
• Provide post-implementation support to address any issues, pending change requests, and ensure optimal functionality.
5. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business stakeholders, to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, preferably in mobility or telecommunications domains.
• Strong expertise in platform integrations and solution design for complex systems like OrderMAX.
• Hands-on experience with defect triaging, resolution, and deployment processes.
• Familiarity with NBA principles and their application in customer-centric platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with mobility ordering systems and household offer platforms.
• Knowledge of reporting frameworks and their integration with enterprise systems.
• Background in Agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership.

Working Conditions:

• Type of job: Temporary Contractor – 1 year with the possibility to extend
• Work hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
