Sphirea Plus is seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for an individual passionate about coordinating marketing strategies and driving sales initiatives to achieve company goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify target markets and drive customer acquisition.
• Coordinate and analyze market research to inform strategic decisions.
• Manage marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
• Track and report the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and sales efforts.
• Organize and participate in events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Assist with developing sales strategies and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in marketing and/or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
